Hello

My name is Zsoltee, im Hungarian. I dont know nothing from Dutch. I use the Google Translator to read the forum.

I have saw so many nice GSi-s here. This Club is very good. I have a GSi too.

Thats what is look like:



Made in 1992. It has a C20XE motor. 60/40 lowering, Borbet T 9x16 ET30 rims with 215/40 R16 tyres and powercup with an Irmscher chiptuning. Modded front bumper. Black rear lamps. This is all the modifications that i made. The rest is stock.

I hope that we will be able to talk well.

Bart(astra): yeah, in Hungary we have a club, called GSi Club Hungary

The logo is very similar, but im no leader in it, so dont be angry on me lol.

I have sold the Angel Eyes from it. This type of angel eye is not light good. I will purchase FK later.

A very warm welcome. Don't really mind you guys using the logo. As long as it's not a dutch club, there's no confusion.
Besides, it's a nice logo.

It's a pity that you miss the stone protection on the side (the original GSi sideskirts).

Yeah the sideskirts are in my garage. i have purchased aftermarket parts for the car and there is no rivets in the chassis, so i cant put the sideskirts on. I have thought that i glue them on, but if the water goes in, the skirt will be one year and rot down. So i decided to not put it on. if i can find a good solution to put it on, i will.

There are three good solutions:

1. Just glue on the clips that are holding the skirts, so you can detach the skirts anytime you want
2. Drill little holes (1 mm) and mount the clips with little parkers in the right spot.
3. Weld on the little points that are on it from stock.

I was just wondering why you haven't got those nails on it. Did you have the body redone to get rid of rust?

yep the chassis was redone, because of rust.

on the aftermarket skirt there is no nails. The first solution is not a bad idea.

ik zie dat je dat stuk roest omgetoverd hebt tot een harde bak!
je hebt er niet met je pet naar gegooid en dat zien we graag hier!!
en het feit dat je er al gelijk fotos bij geplaatst hebt is zeker top want een hoop mensen lappen dit aan hun laars!
ik ben wel benieuwd hoeveel forint je hiervoor neergelegd heb omdat alles natuurlijk bij jullie spotgoedkoop is ......maargoed
ik zit nu een beetje te knikkebollen achter mijn computer dus ik laat het hier even bij!
succes met je scheurijzer, maak het niet te bont wat betreft snelheid en veel plezier ermee.

Google is ook vertaler was, kan ik niet in het Nederlands, alleen Engels en Duits.
