A few days ago i received another exhaust pipe under engine, mine was bad, bad also a new one was wrong. So i took engine out again and cut both to make one

Yesterday try to start engine but nou success. Check pins on ECU ( pin 42 and 55 nou -12)
Again search wire from ECU and 42 goes to this conector (pin marked with letter C)

Pin marked with H have -12 and i conect, engine start. :thumbsup:

To say that a change a fuel injectors too

To ask somethink about overfuel.
Fuel injectors control fuel map in ECU? So if i have fuel map for 2500ccm (factory) and 3bar FPR and x25 (x30 also) injectors overfuel is not possibe?

Well there some new about this project :thumbsup:

First i have trouble with breather sistem, a lot of oil leaking to inlet and maf sensor and damage him

So mount breather sistem from x25xe and another maf sensor and problem solvet

New friction plate, oil, gearbox oil, power stering oil, some another stuff and finally take it out of garage.

Bought air box for v6 and now remake to mount in mk3 AfbeeldingAfbeelding

One problem has appeared
Synchro for second gear on F20 seems has finish his job.. Does synchro from F16 can be instal on F20? Olso short ratio gearbox..
To note, this problem has already come with gearbox. :thumbsup:

Looks good !

Do you have your AC still working now ?

As far as i can see you didn't modified the front cross member in the middle right ? (the one that holds the ACfan)

I dont have AC on my car, that fan on front i put to connect to one switch when is hot under hood, or to connect to radiator fan and together to spin.

So, yes its modified but only becayse AC fan, not becayse radiator.
Rad is 1.6 16V no aircon. But looking for 1.7D or 2.0dohc :thumbsup:

Next to to:

1. Cold air pipe to modified air box
2. Get one V6 tacho ( but its great when your rpm goes and pass red 7000 on 4cilinder tacho :mrgreen: )
3. Paint some part (hood, driver door..)
4. Repair F20 (Secong gear)
5. 1.6 exhaust to v6
6. Get some wheels
