i know that my english is very bad.

first off all you've got a nice car
but the front i don't like it, it looks to much like volkswagen golf 4.
that was my first thought.

but the restauration with the rust exelent

He means the lower look from the front. This grille combined with the extended hood. I can slightly see what he means, but I don't see it this way. Looks a lot like Laagvliegers former front. It suits the car is my opinion.

first the car is really nice! second: it's even nicer that you look on the internet for other gsi clubs and even contact the forum and introduce yourself!
so you life in hungary, bin there last year with my astra(not original gsi) but gsi engine. i was at the ballatonlake. do you know that? i was on a camping in csepreg. i really nice country to drive car. accept sometimes the roads you drive on;).

take care with your car and if i go there again i will really send you a message!

First of all, thanks.
I was browsing the internet for some nice gsi-s and i have found this club, where are so many cool cars and i have readed the forum, there are so many nice people here, so i decided to write here and maybe i can become tips and tricks and if i know something better i can help to someone too. But the problem is that i cant speak dutch and the online translators sometimes translates meaningless words and sentences. So i cant communicate in the other places on this forum, only if someone writes me in english.

Hungary is a very nice place, but now its a huge crisis in the world and what we are not too bright. The roads are not the best, in austria is so much better. Many of the pothole and the cracks in our country. Thats why who goes with one car that has a sport running gear, its sometimes uncomfortable, but something for something basis, it should be worn.

Yes i know Batalon, thats a very big and nice lake, but i live a little far from it. But if you come, send me a message and maybe we can meet somewhere.

There was today a great MOTE meeting in Hungary, ( MOTE=Magyar Opel Tulajdonosok Egyesülete=Hungarian Opel Owners Club http://www.opelclub.hu )

The event was on a go-kart track. So i put it on some worn tyres and steelrims. This car was looked like this:


If someone interest about that, i can put up some pictures somewhere. There was not only opel, so audi, Lancia, Porsche, many many other manufactured car was there.

Long time, no post.

There was a little upgrade about my car. Its runs now on 100% E85 fuel only, with one hungarian made e85 flex fuel converter, named E85PowerKit.

This picture was taken when i have finished the wiring, and tested the car, from now the car is looks stock from the inside.


I have putted in one original Irmsher chip, so it is bit stronger, with these two little modifications. I have one adjustable fuel pressure regulator inside, runing now on 3,5bar, but its not working acutaly. Maybe a try out 3,8bar later.

oh, and i want to ask, i someone writes here, write it in english, the google translator, translates incomprehensible sentences. Thx.

about the side skirts if u put a little edilon ( construction kit/glue) on the side skirts it holds on very good
in the construction ( carpentar/timmerman voor de neit engelse ) we use it all the time to kit on iron ( HET IS ANKERLIJM)

EDILON Dex-EA 2K, this is what you mean? This is one Netherlander glue, i have searched it on google, no one is selling that in Hungary. So i think i will glue it on with Windshield Glue. I hope thats gona hold it good.

its not going faster, but its a bit stronger, on lower RPM's and in the E85 PowerKit is a sport mode, that gives extra fuel when i push full gas.

More power but not faster?

Its not faster, yeah. Because i have tried that i can go faster on the same road as with gasoline and no change at the top speed. Its goes faster, when i accelerate, but the top speed of the car not changed.
